Store pickupFreeReady in about 2 hours at Dbayeh Flagship or Faraya Mountain Shop.
Rental orders are prepped, tuned, and fitted before your start date. Pick them up the evening before at no extra cost so you can leave early for the mountain.
Returns
30 days on purchases. No restocking fees, ever.
- 1Start the returnEmail us your order number, or walk into either store with the item. No form to fill in.
- 2Send it backDrop it at a store, or we collect from you in Beirut and Metn for $5. Unused items in original packaging.
- 3Get refundedOnce inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions: safety equipment that has taken an impact, and personalised or custom-drilled gear. Rental deposits follow the rental policy instead.
