1.What we collect
When you place an order or book a rental we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
For rentals we also record your chosen dates, sizing details and the condition of gear at pickup and return, so we can resolve any damage questions fairly.
2.How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, prepare rental gear, process deposits and refunds, run the rewards programme, and send transactional updates such as shipping and return reminders. We do not sell your data.
3.Rental deposits
Rental deposits are pre-authorised against your card and released within five business days of a clean return. We retain the inspection record for twelve months in case of a dispute.
4.Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and rental dates saved between visits, plus privacy-friendly analytics to understand which gear pages need better information. You can clear these at any time from your browser.
5.Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@winnerslb.com. We respond within thirty days. Deleting your account does not erase records we must keep for tax or warranty reasons.
